Chef Charlie Foster and his team will work with you to create suitable dishes for any guests that may have dietary restrictions.
If you would like to restrict your guest's beverage choices, please let us know what restrictions you would like to put in place; If you have any questions our Beverage Director Andrew Rich would be more then happy to make suggestions and work with you to curate a beverage menu.
Please specify any wines or beverages you would like to be arranged for your event. If you have any questions our Beverage Director Andrew Rich would be happy to help curate a menu for your guests.
In the event the client chooses to cancel their event prior to (25) business days of the scheduled event, the client will be given the option to re-schedule the event no less than (90) days and Woods Hill Table will apply the deposit to the new booking. In the event the client cancels within (15) business days of a scheduled event, Woods Hill Table shall be entitled to retain the entire amount of the deposit as liquidated damages.
Canceling an Event:
In the event the client cancels within (5) business days of the scheduled event or should the client neglect to provide a cancellation notification and the event does not occur, the client will be charged $50.00 per Guaranteed Guest Count, plus a 18% service charge, 5% administrative fee and all applicable state sales tax as liquidated damages. The deposit will be applied towards the balance due for any cancellation fees charged. By signing this contract you agree to these terms and will not dispute the charges.
Additional Charges and Fees:
Prices in this document do not reflect additional State and Local City taxes. Also, for your convenience a 18% service charge will be added to your bill and will be distributed to the service staff. There will also be an additional charge of 5% administrative fee to cover Woods Hill Table’s administrative charges for hosting your function. The administrative fee does not represent a tip, gratuity, or service charge for the service staff or bartenders.
Audio-Visual and Conferencing Equipment:
Our private dining room has its own dedicated sound system for a band, room for a dance floor, light system, and television screen for your audio-visual needs. Please arrange any special equipment prior to your event date.
Additional Notes:
This agreement is void if it cannot be performed due to uncontrollable circumstances on Woods Hill Table’s part. If food or service specified cannot be furnished for any reason due to circumstance, other food and services may be substituted at prices ordinarily charged for them, but not in excess of the price agreed upon.

By signing this Electronic Signature acknowledgment Form, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. Whenever I execute an electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as my handwritten signature. I will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature or claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding.
